John Silvers is a folk-rock-pop artist whose music embodies a

profound connection to humanity and love. His socially conscious

lyrics and melody driven acoustic compositions resonate deeply

with listeners, while his playful and humorous songs bring joy and

laughter. John won the 1st Bar Songwriting Competition in Los

Angeles against 300 other entries. He has performed his original

song, Black/White and Red/White & Blue, live on the ABC

television show 'The View' and graced the stage at such iconic

venues as the world-famous Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Adding to his impressive repertoire, John has a master's degree

in classical acting and a rich history of performing off Broadway in

New York City and across the country. Locally, John is currently

performing his self-written solo musical play, called Get Real,

about his life as a multiracial American and is excited to announce

that his new album of original songs will be released before the

end of the year!
